The terrorists! The cabal!
Politically incorrect! Orwellian!
The deplorables! The elite!
Useless eaters! Deep State!
The Dark Forces! The Evil Empire!
Deniers of the truth! Afraid of the truth!
Resistance is futile! Love is all you need!
Obey! Who’s your daddy?
*Note: “Hierarchy” and “Panarchists” are made-up adversaries in my dystopian future novel The Last Book… but it seems we’re closer to 2036 than I thought.

As of this writing, I don’t know of any Panarchist manifesto, as such. But the Hierarchy has not been shy about publishing their aims, in the UN documents known as Agendas 21 (short for 2021?) and 2030. Here’s the vision they have in store for us Earthlings on that particular timeline:
